SV Schalkhaar considers the training of its youth referees important. Youth referees were already coached on the side by a referee coach. With the arrival of the AXIWI headsets, the training of youth referees is only getting better.
During a handball match, there are two referees on the field and the referee coach stands along the sidelines. Because all three wear a headset, they can consult each other quickly and give each other feedback. As a result, the referees are more confident in the field and they develop faster. The youth referees indicate that they really enjoy whistling with the headsets.
SV Schalkhaar is very happy with the AXIWI headsets and will use them a lot in the future when training and coaching the (youth) referees.
